The Vault — Vaulted

A Vault release. No countdown, no restock. The photo is a preview of your piece.

The sweetest swing in baseball.

THE KID is Ken Griffey Jr. twice in one frame: the stare from under the cap, and the full follow-through below it. Murciano paints the swing in a burst of color that drips off the bottom of the card.

Velvet Fine Art — Vaulted — 1/1.

The Edition System

THE KID has a pop. count of 15: Stardust, Velvet Fine Art, Canvas, Matte, Sun Rays, Radioactive, Diamond, Refractor, Steel, Sterling, Echo, Guilloché, Metal Chrome, Gold Pearl and the ALPHA. Every collectible is a 1/1. This Velvet Fine Art is the only one of its kind.

About the Artist

Patrice Murciano is a French artist whose explosive portraiture — expressive line, saturated color, and emotional charge — has made him one of the most collected artists on ArtMX. THE KID joins his sports canon alongside THE DYNASTY, THE UNDERDOG and EL GOAT.

One Velvet Fine Art. One collector. Once claimed, it's gone forever.
